These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crafter Visuals website and services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Crafter Visuals provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to performance marketing, conversion rate optimization, and web development. Specific deliverables and scopes of work will be defined in individual client agreements or contracts.
Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts (Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, etc.), materials, and approvals required for Crafter Visuals to perform the agreed-upon services.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific client agreement, Crafter Visuals retains the rights to any proprietary methodologies, code, or templates used during the provision of services. The client retains ownership of their brand assets and the final deliverables (such as ad creatives and deployed website code) upon full payment.
Crafter Visuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
